Perhaps a day that still lives in my head as one of the deepest OH FUCK Moments of my professional life outside of when hard disks go bad.
The shutter assembly was falling apart mid shot. If you look closely you can seethe shutter bars in the images as they were no longer properly syncing (right before it jammed and died).
