Call me Neb, please.

I am an eccentric creative from the Columbus, Ohio. I experiment in various creative outlets as a form of meditation and self-journey. I enjoy the unusual, the eccentric, and the avant-garde.

Life and Art are close siblings as one often is the attempt at becoming or creating the other.

The creation of experiences and stories is art in itself.

Subtleties can be found in places least expected. Fellowship in conversation, sharing thoughts, sharing in a game, all of it adds to the story.

The play is the thing? No?

Nebuleux, for me, initially named for the fact I could not think of a name, is quite literally the artistic identity that I have evolved over more than half of my life.

Initially, my focus was solely in photography, over the years, I have had the pleasure of exploring many forms of artistic stimulus.

Photography, multi-media design, original concept artwork, to more communal engagements. Gaming nights, Vlogs about mental health, Art Chats and editing discussions, community engagement, prop making out of wood, leather and other materials. The list goes on and on.

I felt that to use the term renaissance man might be a cop out at this point, so I keep Nebuleux (the cloud, the mist, the unknown), Because what does it mean?

Lets find out together.

The idea, is that through our life we are constantly battling with the darkness. Creating what could be, what would never be and what is. While for many, creation is constructive. Creating out of nothing. Foir me, I like to think that I’m creating with everything and taking away what is no longer needed.

Let your soul take flight and enjoy the creation as much as the process of creating it.

Long-term, I’d like to build something for the dreamer I was a child. I’m imagining a safe space for educational community programs, performance space, a coffee shop/little library. Above it would be studio space and management offices.

I would like to bring back the days where we re-invested in our communities, our people and our mutual dreams.

Even if you’re here for just a moment, thank you for helping me keep the dream alive on this ever evolving roller coaster.
