ID Collection Policy

For photography sessions, whether TFP (service trade work/portfolio exchange) or in a client/contractor relationship, there are sometimes occasions where record-keeping must collect a valid form of identification.

Anything that could be construed or representative of nudity, lewd acts, or anything that would wind up on a fansite or paysite {OF, fansly, fansonly, etc}, we wish to ensure compliance. As such, the collection we send prior to a session will require a presentation of identification. ID should be captured on both sides so it is legible. If working with a fansite, collection of a selfie holding your ID must also be included for a total of 3 files.

ID must still be shown at time of session, after which we will ask for a post shoot confirmation and release form.

If this is our first session:
Please do not request a session of this type if you are uncomfortable with holding ID on record.

If we’ve worked together before:
For future sessions, we will still still require presentation of ID, session details, attestations, and release.
We must ensure records keep current, renewal? moving? we need the new on record with our next session.

Thank You,

~neb
